ShareIn case your looking for Day 5′s entry there isn’t one as I was working late and could only take night pictures which didn’t turn out properly. Here’s the development for today – note how much larger the bud is and also note the formation of the separate sections of hood and body.

ShareI’ve decided to try the development exercise with one or two of my other plants and compare the growth rates. This one is Nepenthes ventricosa x maxima “Red Leopard”, one of my first tropical pitcher plants. It has a smaller pitcher than N. “Mardi Gras”.
